Amy Lien (*1987 in Dallas, USA, lives and works in New York) and Enzo Camacho (*1985 in Makati, Philippines, lives and works in Manila) participated in the group exhibition Lynda, Robert, Amy, Enzo and the Others. For this occasion, they presented an almost natural-sized photographic documentation of a previous work: a 9-part replica of the Berlin Wall made of materials such as papier-mâché, transparent foil and grating, which carried graffiti-like images and slogans on political and artistic identity in the present day.

Lien and Camacho’s annual edition draws on the 18 prints from the Bremen exhibition. Their title refers to the circumstances of their creation and includes the initials of the artists involved in the original exhibition. A signed, black-and-white sticker with installation views of the exhibition at the Künstlerhaus can be found on each annual edition. The artists add a new layer to the documentary process, raising questions about the status of the works and the relationship between work and context. The colorful prints contrast with the simple documentary stickers, distorting the tradition of photography as an indexical image.
